Irrigation

Descripción

In the Mediterranean climate it is almost essential to equip the garden with a good irrigation system. Due to climate changes, this need extends to other regions, especially during periods of heat and drought. That is why we equip the gardens we create with automatic irrigation systems, which we always adapt to the needs of the plants in question. Moreover, before designing a garden, we analyze the plant species suitable for the site, taking into account the quality and available water resources.

There are many ways to install a garden irrigation system, we always look for a system that responds to the needs of the landscape and that is as discreet as possible so as not to disturb the views. Some types of irrigation and their control are given below.

  1. Sprinkler irrigation with rotating sprinklers
  2. Sprinkler irrigation with spray heads
  3. Drip irrigation, integrated dripper piping
  4. Programmers and solenoid valves, automatic central irrigation control, rain sensors, intelligent systems that automatically adjust irrigation times
  5. Filtration systems for irrigation, ring, mesh and sand filters, filters with a flushing system
  6. Fertigation systems to fertilize plants through irrigation

Our clients get an irrigation project consisting of:

  • A detailed plan with description of the irrigation components used.
  • Schematics of irrigation devices, irrigation calculations justifying the design, evaluation of head losses
  • Customized user’s manual with maintenance tasks, water consumption and optimal watering times

Retrofitting of existing and obsolete irrigation systems

Irrigation devices are constantly being developed and their innovative properties are making it possible to save more and more water. As the price of water tends to rise, water saving is becoming increasingly fashionable, not to mention the important ecological reasons.

With a thorough overhaul, however, in many cases, just a simple, inexpensive repair or correct adjustment of the system can achieve surprising results. There is a side effect of these adjustments: additional savings in electricity consumption. This is precisely what we do, the procedure consists of:

– Examine the system, irrigation emitters, pumps, pipes, valves, fittings and other components.

– Detect possible leaks and repair them

– Check adjustments of irrigation times

– Conduct a study on how additional savings can be achieved and quantify the savings in currency

– Create a customized list of water and energy saving tips for the irrigation system

Simulate water and energy savings in an existing irrigation system.
